Privacy for employment and recruitment at Australian Steel Projects

Australian Steel Projects collects information to establish and maintain records for the employment and recruitment of staff. This may include employee information including names, birthdates, contact details, next of kin, bank details and superannuation details for purposes of payment, tax and in the case of an emergency.

This information is stored in both electronic and physical files. Our electronic files are managed by a third party and our physical files are locked. We are required to share these details by law with the Australian Tax Office and Services Australia.

Our employees can access their own personal information via our online employee database to update any information required.
